Onyx Trust, Series A-1 (“Onyx”) is a closed-end income trust that provides unitholders with an exposure to a mezzanine tranche of a portfolio of 99 corporate credits. The objectives of Onyx are to provide unitholders with a stream of tax-deferred quarterly distributions to yield 6% per annum of the issue price and to redeem all outstanding units at the original subscription price of $100.00 per unit on May 17, 2008.
